  1. Our neighbours do it several times a month, mainly in the lakes around MK, both well into their 70's.
  2. Would be interested if you would post, at my cost of course. My late Father bought me one of these when I was 13 so 75 and I hunted and kept it for many years.
  3. Take the tarty bits off they look awful IMO, great guns.
  4. The original set up, as long as the magazine is not damaged, should last many years until eventualy the spring steel weakens and snaps (if this happens while you are out hunting you can still index by hand) the newer version, which is a straight swap and can be fitted in 5 minutes, uses a coil spring and a solid indexing link that is built to outlast most of humanity. The original set up that failed on mine was on a gun that I had used heavily for at least 5 years and was second hand when I bought it, the 5/410 range are reliable to a point of being boring which is why I sold my 2, big mistake.
  5. Cannot understand why people remove sump plugs anymore when you can buy a suction pump that takes the old oil out via the dipstick tube for under a tenner? As for the OP's predicament I would look for a new/ used sump. There's a KLF Breaking on the bay of plenty.
  6. I very much doubt that you would have been as restrained as I was, I asked several times before losing it and even then didn't hit him. Sometimes some morons only listen to those willing to consider a stronger warning.

True, but not much and I find the extra well worth it, front motorcycle forks, yoke and wheel collected from my door and delivered next day 100 miles away for a little over £13 and a photo to show it delivered compared to RM 14 days to deliver a parcel less than 50 miles - I know where my money's going- DPD.

I will not use RM any more apart from posting guns (no choice), they are expensive and slow as in 14 days to move a parcel 49 miles. I use DPD, sent motorcycle front forks and wheel on tuesday, they collected from my front door and delivered them next day before 12 for £13 and a few pennies, the parts are irreplacable so there's no way I'm going to trust Pat. We get loads of mail already opened as well as pages of adverts shoved through our door when Pat bothers to turn up, they are a waste of oxygen.
  9. So, an Asylum seeker accused of raping a young boy, was released by Police in East London and later found in a Hotel in Bucks where children are also staying. He was released previousley on bail and ordered to return in January, after inquiries had been made, and banned from the Waltham Forest area where the rape took place. Absolutely unbelievable, do they think him only capable of rape in one particular place.
  10. Slightly off topic but ,talking about lazy people, a council up north opened up a "Heat Bank" where kids could go during half term (a few weeks back) and sit in a warm room and get a free hot meal. The occasion was covered by many Newspapers and filmed. If you look at the women waiting in line, most are either well over weight or on their I- phones or both while most of the kids were running around in T Shirts!! Every council tax payer was funding this sharade.
  11. My wife has been going through it for over 10 years or more, apart from mood swings the main thing, as already mentioned, is being hot all the time, even in Winter we have the windows open and she sleeps on her own with a large fan blowing on her all night, I feel the cold terribly so it's been a constant reason for arguements. Then, about 6 weeks back it all came to a head and I made her an appointment to see our GP, he gave her HRT tablets and now she's cold all the time but it has made her a lot more calm.
  12. You could simply buy concentrate from the bay of plenty, hundreds of flavours.
  13. My feelings are very much along the same lines. You are Joking I hope.
  14. It's all sorted now guys, Sunak has decided to give the French more money!!!! Not only have we pulled down our trousers as far as immigration is concerned, but we are now paying France to buy the KY Jelly.
  15. YOUMOVE IMHO, is a waste of money, you can buy glucosamine from just about anywhere for £8/120 and Green lipped muscle powder are around £8 per 120, so 4 months for £16. Whichever way you chose they need time to show any improvement, I would say around 6 weeks. In the short term you could ask your vet for Prednisolone 5mg steroid tablets, cheap as chips and very effective.
  16. What a respectful and honourable thing to do, more people should show more pride in family members achievements in times of War, consider my hat doffed to you Sir.
  17. Lidl used to do one with a Stags head on the bottle but not seen it for a while, they do the Hortus Sloe Gin which is good but not cheap. I would buy a bottle and adjust the taste to my liking, most likely add sugar and a drip or 2 of Almond flavouring.
  18. You got my vote Ditchy, never done a thing in moderation, but a sense of humour a mile wide.
  19. You can set your browser to delete browsing history when you exit it, or you can do it manually in 10 seconds. On Google it's the 3 pips top right of the screen, click on the pips, click history, 3 pips appear at the top again, click the pips and the option to clear browser history comes up, click on delete then wait 3 seconds for the computer to find it all.
  20. And would have been better still had you blind baked the base ☺️.
  21. Try octopus, if you like it then ask around your mates to see if they are with them, if so get them to refer you and they get £50, you can share it.
  22. Mmmmm - should have blind baked the base for 10 minutes first.
  23. Must be, I offered him my discount Jimmy Choo Card to use online and he showed zero interest?
  24. Use Tesco Maran Eggs, mix the Milk and Flour first. As already mentioned the BBC good food recipe is hard to beat.
