Loads on one of my perm's i shoot them on sight as once watched them take woodpecker chicks out of a hole & drop them to the ground. I'm on about hundred this year & have a great collection of green tail feathers . Have shot a few from the air but most have been perched in a tree that they seem to like as always 3-5 birds in it most days i'm there.

That's because Essex are taking the wee wee when i had my interview for my fac for s1 shotgun 17hmr & 22lr, i said i would put in for a 243 also at a later date as have deer & alot of fox's on one of my perms & the feo said Essex will not grant 243 for fox & i would need to do dsc1 or have a mentor. I said to her a safe shot is a safe shot no mater what the caliber & when i do put in for a 243 will be speaking to Basc as i meet all the firearms act requires me to do for that caliber rifle she didn't know what to say to that.,

Nice shooting. I brought a 2nd hand Fac M2 last month & have put 3-400 shells though it from light clay loads to RC50's no issues at all. Love the way the gun mounts & with the nice thick soft recoil pad it is a joy to shoot. Wish i could shoot my supernova as well as i do the M2. Enjoy the duck shooting not long now can't wait ?.

May be worth googling goose guides in your area. Would say best to try for a Graylag or Pink footed goose decoyed over stubble as will be easyer then a goose off the shore.

Part 908 is the smart valve. Only issue i keep having with mine is part 811 the action bar which has snapped & been replaced three times now due to same issue. So will get it repaired for the fourth time & out it.

The law doesn't req this as the police forces saying they will not renew/grant, up hold the law which the government make and no where does it say you have to have a gp's report for sgc/fac unless you have an illness they may effect you holding said sgc/fac. Or am i missing something?

We pay from them to sit still or go on training now so to have one or two fly some where & pick up the gear needed to do the job when there is a need cant see it being an issue. As we pay for other stuff to sit unused just incase.

I have the Vantage (fastmount) 6-24x44 on my 22 CZ as i like to head shoot all my rabbits so like a good view of the rabbits head. Also like to see the bullet holes on the target when i zero. Should of just brought the 6-24 for the 17 but was in a rush to shoot it so just brought what the shop had. Image quality is good on full mag on both of the scopes. Paul.

I'd go for the 6-24, as i brought the 4-16 last week & going to change it for the 6-24 as don't think it has enough mag on my 17hmr.
