henry d
Last night was a cool one and this morning we had a frost, yes remember them! Did your area have a frost last night? The news has forecast another tonight and snow showers for the Grampians and N.York moors. Hopefully that will kill off the undergrowth and mean better sport for all
JohnGalway
Woke up this morning feeling a distinct chill in the still air, lovely starry night but no frost yet. Looking forward to the first frost of the year though which hopefully isn't too far away
Lord Geordie
I used to wake EVERY morning and feel a chill. Cranfield
No frost, but a biting 25mph Northerly is blowing across the Marsh this morning. Unfortunately, the clear skies and bright sunshine, combined with the temperature drop, makes it a lousy day for shooting or fishing. Time to sort some logs out, methinks. scolopax
Snowed here last night!!!!! But then I am in the middle of the north sea half way between the Shetlands and Norway. Its heading your way.
richie1606
Very cold here in North Wales too. No frost but a biting cold wind live on the coast so very rarely get a frost round these parts.

webber
Pedro, wrong, but good guess. Cranfield, you're banned from this one,as is McF and Dead- eyed -Duck, and Lancslad as you know the answer. For those who scoffed at the Range Rover, please be advised that the windscreen cleared this morning in less than 1 minute, at the flick of a switch. I'm well impressed with the heated windscreen. webber

Ferret Master
It 1oC out in the garden now. I just filled the ferrets water bowl up and Grace celebrated the new low tempratures by tipping most of it over Echo the shivering polecat. I have been waiting for the temprature to drop this low for a while as the undergrowth is far too thick. FM
ziplex
Getting there, but no frost as yet..................my old retired boss used to say 'it's an overcoat colder today', I reckon by the end of the week we'll be feeling it a bit down here and perhaps needing that coat.
