Bloke
for everyday use, nice mature cheddar, for special days a good crusty Dorset Blue Vinny, or any other nice sharp blue cheese - goes great on a cheeseburger with a bit of sweet chili sauce! bakerboy
On my favourite permission they make Goats Cheese and Sheeps Cheese. My Favourite being a Hard Goats Cheese, Hot Wobbly, packed with Chillies Second a Soft Goats Cheese covered in Crushed Black Pepper. And then a Cow cheese they re-construct with Mustard, Black Pepper and McMullens Ale, great done as Welch Rarebit.
