kiffy Posted November 10, 2013 Report Share Posted November 10, 2013 I did, don't generally attend a service as I don't do religious services but had to this year as our council started a parade to the memorial and as chair of the council I couldn't really not go.. Was a huge success with four or five times as many people in the parade than we expected. I may be an old boy, not that old though, and I am generally heartened as to how the 2 minute silence is observed, our local supermarket calls for it and there is virtually 100% take up.
