super sharp shooter
Is it just me but every time i go to go outdoors they seem to tell me my discount card has expired. If they do this to every customer i think that its a bit of a scam. How about you? SSS
The Mighty Prawn
They're only valid for a year and mine has the expiry date on it so shouldn't be too much of a mystery?
Lord Geordie
They're only valid for a year and mine has the expiry date on it so shouldn't be too much of a mystery? Glad yours does! Mine they just update via the machine! No dates on mine I rarely use the place anymore now anyway.

bruno22rf
Don't forget though that card holders get a 10% below any other companies price promise-find the best price on the net and print the page off-trot along to GO and show them said webpage and they will give you the discount. TIGHTCHOKE
Went in three weeks ago having allowed mine to expire and the nice Manager gave me a new one free! You only have to ask.
The Mighty Prawn
I used to like this place when it had actual end of season stock at good prices, now it's just like any outlet store selling everything at more or less retail prices
Spud dog
I ordered new meindle boots and saved loads compared to first shop I tried them on in. £195 in Ambleside, then saw them in millers for £136, told go outdoors and they price matched and had them delivered for £122. Brilliant boots, waterproof. Keep me right for beating
Fisheruk
Never go there, I think it is an absolute rip off. The reality is it is a simple marketing ploy, which will only work for one party and that is the one which takes your money.
scotslad
Must admit never thought it was that cheap. fortune
I missed that one on the store map. Even that would be about an hour and a quarter drive from here.

eddoakley
Never found them cheap. But when I have needed boots their price match is excellent. Particularly as they only need to see the item available on a Web page. Now if someone clever owned a website and added said item to its stock while actually stood in the go outdoors shop then they could buy at pretty much any price they like.....just a thought....not that I own a website or anything of course, that would just be wrong. ;-) Edd
