ShootingEgg
So well paid actors and actresses who probably dont spend half their time here want us to stay... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-eu-referendum-36338220 Is this a shallow move by the remain camp thinking that the stars can influence people.... TIGHTCHOKE
Almost certainly hoping to use the wonderful celebrity (NOT) angle.
toontastic
I actually agree with them, being out of the eu will stiffle creativity. Without the eu how would Shakespeare have written his plays, how would dickens have created his fine works of literature and heaven forbid no eu would have meant no lennon and McCartney. paulnix
The biggest names on that list though seem to be funded by the USA so maybe we should be joining them ?

lord_seagrave
That's just it. For the celebs, the jet-set and the rich, the EU works, or, at least the rarified bits they see seem to work and that is good enough for them. For the vast majority of ordinary people, it doesn't work and it does not provide value for money. LS
Rewulf
For the vast majority of ordinary people, it doesn't work and it does not provide value for money. LS Ha ! Since when did that influence the decisions of politicians. The western world runs on power and money, not democracy.

old man
This will be really interesting, of all the people who have chatted to me about this, 30 or so, only 2 have said stay in? Just waiting for the published percentages?
Dekers
Speculation, hype, celebrities, scare mongering, etc etc, what is important is the actual vote. I dread to think the stay in win, we will be the laughing stock of Europe, and they will be rubbing their hands together at the thought of us subsidising them all, and our next generations will hate us for it. We MUST take this opportunity to GET OUT!

I wouldnt worry too much, personally I believe its only a matter of time before the EU project collapses. The exposure of its rotted core has been seen by too many, and that includes other Europeans. The remainers keep talking about a reformed EU ,knowing full well that is not going to happen. Once something has rotted, its not going to un rot ,cut it out or chuck it away, its finished. Footu
I've asked lots of people and a guesstimate would be 15% undecided. 10% in and everyone who has any sense, out. Younger generation scared of job security don't want the boat rocked. Old generation don't want another war, mid life generation want out. I guess it depends who goes to vote most as a group.
