Nice ABV . . . basically posh White Lightning I don't know what that is, but given that at least one other drinker of this tipple has a pantry, I can't deny its upmarketness. 3 for £5 Not here. :( €3 a bottle. Thunderbird
Funnily enough I had a pint of Aspall's at lunchtime today, definitely a rival for my affections with Stowford Press.

Stowford used to be a good pint but it has lost its mojo recently.
Thunderbird
Stowford used to be a good pint but it has lost its mojo recently. Know what mean, it's gone a bit mainstream.
ShootingEgg
Thatchers??? Honestly??? Nah i said it for plops and giggles.. I live 5 minutes from the brewery and have drank the stuff since knee high, used to go there with my grandad to pick up a few gallons of traditional every so often, and always got given a sample..
