Surely Brexit means Brexit? We voted to leave and it looks probable that we will. We did not vote to cut trade and ties and links and all the other gubbins just to leave the EU. We will still be in Europe.

Yep, it was clear to me when I went to vote, there was only two options, this whole soft or hard sham came about, when like you say the vote went the 'wrong' way, with the guise of making it look like the 'wrong' decision. As you said the remain side made it very clear, David Cameron being one of them, whom was the leader of the Country and therefore part of the plan when exiting, but he then run away from his duties. In my opinion he should have got on with it, instead of doing what he did, which was the first of the delay tactics.

I for one, would like to know the details of what the remoaners are frightened of?

We buy products, they buy products, if they tariff we tariff.

They are as much in need of extremist/terrorrist information as we are. That's certainly not going to change.

We've been turned into some namby pamby society because of EU rules that try to bolster the weak with the strong.

I believe we should have been a lot more aggressive and the sooner we get away from the EU the sooner we can begin to claw our way back to being one of the best in the world at whatever we turn our hand to.

The very fact we have a remain supporter as the leader is a farse, if Cameron quit as he felt it a conflict of inteest to continue believing we should remain, how is it any better he was replaced by another remain supporter, the whole situation stinks, we were never meant to get the choice to leave and those in power are doing all they can to block it, a blind person could see that!

:-their need is greater, we buy 70bn more than they buy from us every year and we pay 36bn at least for the privilliage, that' nuts in any first grade maths class, let alone at this level.

:-spot on the harder the brexit the better, 75% of trade at least is done outside the EU block, far more opportunities out of it.

Lol. Before the referendum this was what was dutifully regurgitated out of the Express and the Mail as "Project Fear". Now it's "What we all knew to be the case". 

There are plenty of quotes from Brexiteers from before the ref showing they expected a soft Brexit. Just because PW doesn't understand that, doesn't make it less true.

Then we make stuff in Europe to sell in Europe. Landrover is a good example we loose tax and tariff and pay more for the same product. Other service led industry moves to Europe to avoid tariff and we loose more tax.

    This farce just gets more laughable every day, in my opinion a referendum beats parliament it's what the people voted for that the duly elected members should carry out. So May and co should just get on with the job with all haste. The great people of great britain will just get on with what ever comes of it.

It stems from when I nearly got banned for being the only poster to call someone out for saying Britain belongs to white people (in fact, I copped a fair bit of flak for speaking out). Since then, it's clear certain generalisations are valid and appropriate. But I'll ignore the elephant in the room if that's the way PW is moderated.

Dyson WHAT!      He closed down factories here making initialy 600 redundant.  Then opened up abroad for cheap labour in Eastern Europe and the Far East.
