walt1980
Trying to find out the importer for them, been told SSM and Clarkes? Anyone know for sure?
decoy1979
Clarkes of Walsham have them listed on there website but not sure they are the importer, more likely to be a distributor I would have thought?
walt1980
Yeah theyre pretty local to me which would be handy, found an old article on line saying the wholesale rights were with SSM but that was a couple of years ago. Anyone use them regularly? Seem to be a good cartridge at a sensible price.

BrowningDJC
Ive got a couple of friends who only use saga cartridges, they seem a good price and good performance, get them from Woods at Ovington. Not sure about the importer.

222mark
John Carr Guns used to stock them, best 20g cartridges i ever shot. Shot thousands of them over the years, for £25 a slab they was cheap but crept up to £60. Thats when i returned to a 12bore. All saga cartridges are excellent though including the.410s

pinfireman
They stopped a number of years ago. Wonder what happened to all their stocks of wads etc....? They had a huge supply of cases and wads when I last visited, about 13 years ago...................
pinfireman
bought my first side x side from paddy woods in watton........he let me try it out in the garden there .. Old Paddy was a great guy! We once bought 120 old hammer guns from him! Then went from there to Collinges sale in Kings Lynn, and bought another 20 ! Car was down on its springs driving back! Always happy memories visiting Woods....
