Delwint
Can any of the green fingered pigeon watch members identify the plant/bush in the photo. I bought it years ago and when the dogs were young I came home and they had eaten it. I’d like to buy another one to replace it, and haven’t seen the plant since. If it helps, in the growing season it had buds, and they opened up to let the new fronds through. In anticipation delwint Edited May 28, 2018 by Delwint Forgot photo ? JDog
Some good responses. I have no idea what the plant is but a guess would be Canis platycordatus hirsutum.

Delwint
I’m loving your reply’s chaps. And whilst they are all tongue in cheek and I have chuckled at a few. It was a serious question. However I knew that you JDog would be the person who would find a Latin named one ?

I am at a loss however to identify the plant.

Thanks, but there was no choice at my schools - you did French, Latin & a little Greek, and that was that. I would have rather learned more practical languages such as German, and certainly all my engineering knowledge has been gleaned out of necessity due to my enthusiasm for English motorbikes
