Wharf Rat
Brilliant rifle. It's designed for FAC power levels though, you lug a lot of weight around for a 12 ft-lb. Much better than your Lightning tbh. Get it on ticket if you can, at 20+ ft-lb it's a stunning piece of kit.

Sidelever
Diana 52 what a great rifle. Had other springers over the years Bsa’s HW95 but always kept the ‘52. Its built for fac power but I had it short stroked for a smoother, quicker lock time and it shoots much sweeter. Yes,they are a heavy rifle, but that makes them very stable to shoot. They do come up for sale from time to time in guns shops and often quite cheaply. Would never sell mine.

arjimlad
Superb quality rifle, very smooth to use and very stable on aim due to the weight. My Dad had one, it was lovely if you didn't mind the weight.
johnbaz
Hi I've a couple of Mod52's, They're brilliant rifles but the weak link seems to be the cocking link (rod) i've seen a couple with them broken! John 👍
