Dont be sorry. Years ago on here I offered to help a fella fit a radiator on Xmas day. My lad and I are having Chinese on the 25th because we like it.

I picked up some Manchego and some strong Gorgonzola tonight. I seem to have avoided my evening meal bu nibbling at the Manchego!!

I'm with you boys on this ,prefer a good bit of cheese than Christmas any day we like I think it's called black bomber or we like good mature cheddars the gritty type or a good tasting red , so I'm saying I like all good made cheeses .Enjoy your cheeses tagether with the port or without.all the best.

I’m lucky with Stilton creameries surrounding the vale and all surprisingly different. If you can get it, try Coltston Bassett Stilton, that’s the smlallest producer, more traditional methods and I think the nicest Stilton.
