Is it really that hard?

There is a pretty simple system on this forum, we break things down so you can choose the right topic clay shooting, diy, motors etc.

We have also devised this very clever system if you want to sell something, you go to the trading post, if its a shotgun /rifle put it in the "guns for sale" if it's something else put it in "other sales", and if you want something put it in "wanted".

Clever eh, almost fool proof, i say that because my time spent moving things for sale from guns and equipment or other forums seems to be ever growing.

Come on ladies and gents, the right thing in the right place would help.

I spent many years in IT support, the levels of ability never improve, why would they, best you just get used to doing the boring bit, every job has it.

Clearly the laziness that appears to be rife across the country has migrated in to Pigeon Watch.

Far too many people just throw a pointless post in the first place they find.

So much for the old way of having to be a Member for a while and have some posts before you could get in to some sections.

Nowadays it's just straight in, post and hardly ever come back.

Common sense is, unfortunately, not all that common.   I'm a mod on a car forum and moving posts to the correct section is a regular task - I suspect it might be due to increasing numbers of people, especially youngsters using mobile phones as their web surfing device.
