They'll definitely need SPECIALISTS to examine and identify what sort of shotgun cartridges they are.  Oh I  see plod isn't sure that they are shotgun cartridges ...  they could be tubes of POLO MINTS ...... OR.......HEAVEN FORBID. ...... FRUIT PASTILES......PATHETIC ISNT IT.

In it a rumon how we all think the same when it come to who would had been interested in unwanted cartridges , although I have had inside information from Mr Red cartridge man himself that a large consignment is coming his way and I am sworn to secrecy about the finer details so maybe the few that were left at the palace wouldn't had been of interest , but then again that all depend on the colour :drinks:

Looks like he’s wearing a shooting/ country based vest. Wonder what someone’s mental health is like to bother doing that. Shows how screwed this nation is with mental health care and shooters not being able to access it as scared of loosing their license automatically if he is a shooting man that is.

Yep he was a shooting gun dog breeder and his nieghbours said he had 'issues'.  Is this another case the police should have nipped in the bud?  If his neighbours kinew he had issues then his surety on his license certainly should.

Maybe but there’s a lot of weirdo gun license holders out there. True story is I had a person fixated on me- never met me but he has rifles and shotguns - he would post about me on social media and ask questions and was starting to really harass me to the point I felt very uncomfortable as he said he even had written a phamplet on me to give out to people as I was a bad egg despite never meeting him ( and I don’t consider myself a bad egg 😁).

I got so concerned I called 101 and asked what to do and long story cut short was the same afternoon I was sat giving a statement in the police station and they sent a car to speak to him that evening. Never heard again from him but there’s a lot of people out there with “problems” that should seek help but are too scared to die to very high risk of loss of license but without help gets worse like my experience.

How do you know that? Is it general knowledge, in the news?

And this highlights the potential risk involved in requiring us to provide a medical report . . .  Going back as far as I can remember, we have always had to give the police permission to contact our medical doctor, but because of the cost involved they would only do so with good reason. Today though, we know that if we need help with mental health problems, alcohol or drug abuse, asking for that help will put an end to our shooting.

I think that most of us know at least one person who should ask for help but won't.
