Just as I predicted. The UK signed up to a net zero policy some years ago, by a certain deadline, along with other European countries. 
As far as I’m aware this was a legally binding obligation to do so. 
The major polluters of course, didn’t, but instead stated an ‘intent’ to reduce their carbon emissions, as long as it wasn’t detrimental to either their economies or their citizens. 👍

Yep Packham and Parliament thinks it is ok to cripple / bankrupt industry and double or triple our energy bills to reduce output of a gas that Plants need to survive.  We haven't got to forced EV's or Heat Pumps yet but there will be significant kick back before then.  They are totally unwanted and unaffordable for the vast majority.  It will not end well for Politicians.

As an aside, not wishing a hijack, the levels of road rage here are climbing already. Unbelievable!
