Yes I think you’re possibly correct . It’s just finding someone to do it . 
im pretty handy with stuff but not sure I have the skills to strip this and be confident it will go back together 

I have tried and the air gun dr has trawled through there emails for me to try and source who brings them in but he can’t find anything . Do you no what my next question on here is going to be 😂

I note AGD has tried to help. But a simple trawl (Google is your friend) shows a Norica Air Guns in Spain, website in English, and with contact details. Send them an email re importer.

Yes you’re correct . I have sent emails to both sale and tech email addresses on their website before coming to PW for help . Unfortunately No reply from either.  Pellepex also sell them and another big concern . I will be trying to contact them asap.

They are only showing one UK distributor on their website, so I would say they are the importers

Spoke to trimex . They started importing to uk only 6 weeks ago . 
They are trade only . There retain division is justairguns.co.uk. 
rang them spoke to a really helpful person asked me to send fps reading over by email but then said they currently have no spares available and have no idea when they are getting any . Also as I’m not the original owner they would need original invoice to even try and speak to norica direct .

Personally there comes a time when I'd be considering asking to return the item for my money back, if as said the OP says that some shots are taking the thing over 12 ft/lbs.

I believe the seller was selling for a friends family . When I messaged saying it was playing up but I was going to try and resolve I pretty much got a . “Iv paid the family , good luck . I prefer my springers” which I’m not saying is a bad response just straight to the point and fair in a way as it isn’t his gun . 
I have asked to see if he is able to get original invoice as that would potentially help me massively !

im actually unsure of what power it was doing on delivery . But you are correct . I have fiddled with it ….. even though that is only using a flat blade screwdriver on an exposed hammer spring cap … but still fiddled none the less .

You can try The Airgun Centre in Rayleigh Essex. They sell Norica and do all their own servicing and repairs. Not sure they can help, but has to be worth a call.

I've just had a look on the Agf, seems that Norica are mostly springers, there was one thread on a different gun with a similar regulator problem, it had a breather hole missing,  once drilled it was fine.

Some have a air tube breather hole between the two O-rings of the regulator, if that was put into the wrong part of the tube it will have an adverse effect.
