marsh man
I won't keep you waiting , far to hungry for that 😋, after being out in the cold I fancied something warm and filling , certainly not a salad , everything was ready in 40 minutes , English Pork sausages in Lintel and Onion gravy , Leeks , Organic Cabbage , Broccoli ,Carrots and Caulie , the gravy is now always made with the water from the steam veg , for afters I had Rhubarb crumble and custard , all in all a very nice tea and very little on the plate was wasted . Two positive feed backs , Wow , I might start takeaways soon but only in a 5 mile radius from mine , even that might be difficult as the North Sea is only a mile or so away , mind you a Mermaid might fancy a nice English sausage ........ in gravy of course 3 minutes ago, mossy835 said: that looks very nice, THANKS mossy Edited 14 hours ago by marsh man
JKD
That looks great MM 👍 but,,,, [yup 😂] that first sausage definitely needed a bit more colour 🙄 tut tut 🤦♂️ 🤣🤣 And,,,, what is this LINTEL gravy you speak of ? bruno22rf
11/10 for me, superb. BTW, Aldi do a sage and onion sausage, try them if you get chance - not really strong sage and onion flavour just a really nice dog.

marsh man
1 hour ago, Fisheruk said: The Lintel gravy just adds a bit of support 😳 That certainly do and that was the intention , when the rest of the meal is falling apart in places then the lintel gravy give it the added strength to get it back on track .😋 1 hour ago, JKD said: Well, MM's dinners usually need some support 😳 Ooops,,, did I just say that out loud 🫢😆 Only kidding,,,, MM is coming on in leaps and bounds 👏 While the Pigeon shooting reports are slow in coming on these cold and dull days then we try and lift the gloom on a long Winters Saturday night , no malice is never intended and all we try and do is to produce a solid meal to keep you going during these gloomy cold days , once you start to neglect yourself then it is hard to get back to some form of a normal life , we all get knocks in life and I always think it is better to make a mistake by trying then not trying at all in the first place .
