He’s not eating- following the feed I am watching.

they have removed him from the dock.

they should have gagged him with force and made him sit there if they don’t want to I suspect a lot on here and elsewhere would like the chance to “restrain” him and make HIM LISTEN!

but the judge has done all he is allowed to do

Those poor poor girls and adults that were affected by this !

Every time I see those photos of those three young girls I still get a lump in my throat and I think what a total waste of young lives , there parents must be going through hell , life might get slightly better in time but they will never get fully over it .

I don't think they'll ever get over something like that, it will haunt the entire families.

Personally i think they should publicly hang him or burn him, there's no doubt he did it.

52 years x 50 grand a year to keep him fed and warm, plus whatever else he needs in mental health treatment ect... Maybe a few compensation claims off the taxpayer for breaching his human rights
That piece of rope would be far cheaper.

Never happen though, we are far too civilised in the UK....

Not about money for me it’s about justice

watching news n it’s very hard to listen too ,I’d start at toes n work up slowly given chance .lags will get to him at some point though

52 x 50’000 = £2.6m. Let’s be generous and call it £3m. Absolutely no way the legal appeals, clemency pleas etc would cost less than that. Execution, in a country with a (somewhat) functional justice system, just isn’t cheaper.

Also, some of the comments on here, from licence holders, are incredibly foolish given the current climate.

Not going to happen; because it would possibly give a result they didn’t want……much like Brexit.

Yup 👍 if we were granted a referendum my guess would be 75%+ would vote for reinstating capital punishment. Same goes for abolishing the monarchy it would go to a result they don’t want.

Murdering the royal family?

i was thinking of that waiting for your reply..........so what about mudering the Prime minister and his family ?..........or Graham Norton....or Sophie Windsor.....or Captain sir tom moore (when he was alive)

its all down to the perception of the victim by the people....is a royal person excistance worth more than an ordinary person ? we cant draw a line

i still think we should find a way to implement it

The problem with capital Punishment is that it is only a revenge tool.  Because the tens of thousands of executions haven't had the desired effect of stopping people killing other people.

Edit.  Personally I'm glad that there is no death penalty because that event would be over and done with fairly quickly.  Whereas the sentence he has been given will mean that it will sink in that he,   has nothing, will never be anything,  and he is living a Zombie existence where he will always be at risk of personal violence.  The cost of controlling him is as nothing.

But it does stop them being released back into society.

I don't think that he will ever see the light of day.

I agree, and sincerely hope you’re right, but it does happen on a very regular basis, even with multiple murderers.
Either way, very few on this forum will ever get to find out.

Man's inhumanity to man. I  watched a  documentary about the Das Reich  brigade. cruelty and sheer murder of the people.  Most of these murderers were wiped out a few weeks later.
