I dont have a dog but i have a quick question, just out of interest as i was in the local livestock wholesalers today and saw a vast aray of working dog food.

Do you feed dry, wet or a mixture of dry and a filler like tripe or general dog food.

Sorry for my apparent lack of knowledge but im just curious.

Many thanks

I feed Merlin with Dr John's Silver complete food. I got him some Bakers Gravy Bites as a bit of a change and he went like a kid on E no's.

I'll be sticking to Dr John's, and it is £7.99 a bag VAT free.

wellbeloved duck and rice. We've tried other flavors and she prefers this one. Also tried chudley's but she wasn't craxy about working crunch and the original didn't have enough protien in it.

She gets dry kibble most of the time but sometimes she will get some 'gravy' if I've made a roast or something else with sauce for dinner.

Lack of barf at the moment due to fall out with some suppliers so using CJS herbie rings @ 13.50 a bag.

Was thinking of switching to CSJ in a couple of months when our's comes off Beta puppy - how do you find it for energy etc.?

All four dogs on it and they are in excellent shape.

I will keep using it when my real food comes back online as a 50/50 mix.
