reaper6
What is the most dangerous animal in england? My kids are asking what the most dangerous animal is as they have heard that a lot of other countries have poisonous creatures. I didn't know what to tell them
Greenhunter
A good question, not sure what I would have said either but here are a few contenders:- Wild boar Adders Rats (they carry lots of diseases) Holstein bulls?(just my personal experience) Black panther (as mentioned in another thread ) Someone with swine flu maybe World wide its said the mozzy kills more people than anything else but I expect your kids wouldn't be too impressed with an answer like that! I guess someone will come up with a more glamorous suggestion. GH

kennym
I think its a question of how dangerous it is not how dangerous it could i.e big scary lions and tigers kill a fraction of the people stupid fat hippos do... so while a wild boar seams to be heading the charts, you don't see them in your local tescos car park, or down the pub so I would say the animal most likely to be dangerous to humans on a daily basis is a domestic dog...... especially one of those furkin massive 10 stone ones ken

Doc Holliday
The most dangerous animal in the world is a human being. Would stand to reason that it would be the same for England/UK seeing as I've spotted one or two in my neck of the woods. That should net them a house point or 2 (I assume schools still have house points and haven't been outlawed so that the kiddies who never manage to acquire them aren't made to feel like under-achievers?)
