  1. We cannot employ anyone without a right to work number. 1st fine is 15k and then increased to 60k. But going back to another topic, if you don't have a right to work just pinch it. Penalty, simple, deport to home country. Just to add we have had a few try to get round it. They are reported and dealt with accordingly. (Not how I'd like but it's not my call)
  2. @GHE Another thing to add, alot of plans go out the window when faced with reality.
  3. What i find funny is the fact people are so surprised its happened, they know that nothing will happen not even a slapped backside.
  4. Aigle, plain and simple, no silly zips poppers or fastening round the ankle. Waterproof and warm.
  5. Good for the police, having a large tipper wagon driving towards you on your side of the road and you see the driver got his head stuck in his phone texting any fine is not enough. I was lucky he'd finished his message and looked up in time. As for solving other crimes, i agree they should be doing allot more to solve crime.

    Shop theft

We just continue to accept this, but complain about the cost of purchase's we all make. So basically its status quo , they continue to steal what they want and our shopping bill continues to increase or worse still these businesses close and towns become void of shops and then onto slum areas full of dossers and drug dependant low life.

    Shop theft

I was in John Menzies ages ago and watched 2 kids fill their pockets with sweets, raised this with a shop assistant and they dont do anything. Worked in Sainsburys for a short period, someone picked up a microwave from Cookshop or whatever it was called and walked out with it. This was years ago, compared to stuff today it was very petty theft todays its costing all of us thousands. Problem is there's no deterrent at all. Keep allowing immigrant's inte country who's life skills are stealing from other's its not going to get any better.
  9. Reminds me of years ago i had mice in the kitchen in a new build, found they were getting in through a hole under the sink drain. I bought a humane mouse trap, caught 1st night and wanted to know what sort it was, so i let it out in the sink, i never knew they could jump so high. Out the sink on the worktop, and then disappeared only to reappear in the living room. I tried to funnel it back into the trap by moving a table next to a wall with the trap in the corner. That didn't work and ended up with the mouse going up stairs desperate measure required so got the HW77 out, the mouse ran across as fast as lightning but slowed down on the up, loaded and cross hair on the mouse waited till it got to the top of the landing were it had to go right. i shouted FREEZE MOTHER and sent the 22 pellet on its way. 1 dead mouse was lying there twitching from a perfectly placed head shot from 5 yards away. As for releasing fox's no idea. But a perm i shoot on the landowner shot around 90 fox's in around 6 months, a few had bald patches and a few had been spayed.
  10. Yes it was Just H&S, we had a fire warden course at work so this was all work environment related, and to be honest thats all i would use a fire extinguisher for. Home wise we have 4 extinguisher's 2 in the kitchen and 2 upstairs, and a 3kg CO2 in the man cave.
  11. The latest advice we had was to only use fire extinguishers to enable a safe exit from a building and not to attempt to control or put the fire out.
  12. Ive always used Pataks, but reading this i will give this one a try πŸ‘
  13. Another one that doesn't get the reason why the labels on the wrong way round plus the fact its got a HUGE top. Apart from that it looks o OK kind of dinner, but id have to agree with dessyb HP Brown sauce. πŸ‘
  14. Nice stuff though, and very good customer service.. Some items have a bit more mark up than other retailers, but just need to shop smart.
  15. Brigdens have a decent selection. Derby, Burton, Bakewell. Nice off the peg suits from Β£250 and above. Also look at Brocklehursts
  16. I was like a rabbit, getting through bumper packs of durex fiesta like my life depended on emptying my scrotum 6 times a day. Earning Β£85 a week and managing a Butchers shop, and shared more sausage that Jon Doe, night clubbing up and down the country. No regrets whatsoever
  17. I offered some blutac to fix it. (Was probably stronger that the original screw) Got a winch to drag you out.

  23. I would have thought that it would be common courtesy to ask the clay ground if its possible to have your friend use your shotgun without them having a SG cert, its their land business. And being quite honest why wouldn't anyone ask before assuming
