harrycatcat1
I am just curious about who belongs to a club and which one or do you get permits off BASC to go wildfowling or do you get leases or is wildfowling free where you are ? If you hadn't already guessed I am a member of South Lincolnshire Wildfowling Club.

Fatcatsplat
Mine comes as part of my permissions. Wouldn't mind a cheeky bit of foreshore on the Thames but the clubs round here are sown up tighter than a gnats chuff. Really do need to look at KWCA but the whole waiting list thing puts me off - I ain't paying to get in a queue!!!

Do you still hold the meeting in the pub at the end of that drain on the broads at Rockland ?? had a good night in there a few years ago when i had a boat from Brundall

anser2
ayano , We have not met at the Rockland Pub for some years, usually at New Buckenham these days. Still beside the river and we sometimes have geese flying past the pub window during meetings . A great little club and the most friendly I have been in. We even get a club email\text when the geese are in and what marsh they are using. Handy when I live 40 miles away.
