cockercas
Whats the item you have borght/made that you think makes a diffrence to your bag?. Mines the soft top jimny. Dropping the top down and sitting ontop of the seat backs gives you a good shooting position. It means i can cover a lot of ground quickly. The jimny has a better shooting position then the pickups/defenders ive shot out off. Ive deffinatly accounted for more foxes because of the jimny. (and i know a gun is an obvious one)
scolopax
dog for everything duck / goose calls when wildfowling, they both put a lot of extra birds in the bag. High end Binoculars for stalking. Forgot them once or twice and I feel like I am at a severe disadvantage.
figgy
A good gun fit and technique also a dog. With the first shooting a good bag is easier, only driver error to blame. The dog helps not loosing a few that would have been lost. Figgy

njc110381
The best buy I've made would have to be my combi gun. Before I had it I missed so many chances because I had to go out either with the shotgun or rifle. Now I've got both in one gun I wouldn't be without it. No matter what turns up I have a chance of a shot. Any loss is down to me, not the kit I'm carrying.

Salop Matt
My rifles are the most important part..... Am sure I could manage without any of the other parts, none are essential or dont have a good alternitive ! I can only think of things like: Opinel No6 Range Finder Sticks Rifle bag Silencer But non of these are essential !

cockercas
Bog roll. Baby wipes. I was once desparate for a poo while out in the woods. Didnt think i would make it home so i run to tge car ( well i tride. Running made it worse) knowing the gf would have baby wipes in the car. Fumbeled to get into the glove box to get them. Squatted down and did a poo. Youve never seen disapointment on a mans face as he get a baby wipe out of the packaging to wipe his bum and pulls out a nappy sack. Yes we only had nappy sacks in the car lol. Had to use a sock.
