steve_b_wales
Have you tried the vapour devices (not sure the technical name for them) 5 of my work mates have used them, and have'nt gone back to cigarettes. One has completely packed it in, including using the vapour device. I know one mate started using one with a high nicotine 'vapour mix' and has now quit. Maybe worth a try? Scully
Stopping smoking is a mind game. Smoking is drug addiction and not a nasty 'habit'. Buy 'The Easy Way to Stop Smoking'. It puts your mind in the right frame to stop smoking, and makes it very easy. No withdrawel symptoms, no stomach cramps, nothing. Just freedom. secretagentmole
I stopped from over 20 a day 3 years ago, no patches, no vaping, no gum or lozenges, just will power, if you want to quit you will!
brynhaller
Mate of mine cut a large carrot up into cig sized lengths put em in a cig packet, every time he craved a cig he had a carrot! He smoked 40 cigs a day for twenty odd years.Within 3weeks he'd stopped altogether.hes been stopped nearly 7 years.
welsh1
I know this sounds daft ,but if you wear a watch put it on your other wrist for a week. It will drive you nuts while you get used to it, but while you are thinking about that you are not thinking about other things like smoking. Honestly it sounds daft, but try it you will be surprised how much it will help.
mark a
I've been smoke free for 8 yrs,I was a 20 a day smoker for over 20yrs. I stopped buy using patches they seemed to take the edge off the craving which made or easier to deal with. Evan after 8 yrs I still fancy a smoke but I know just having 1 will be lethal cause I would be on 20 aday in know time. hang In there matey it will get better mark a
