islandgun
Thought this might be of interest to some, just caught part of a programme which included people being pulled over and tested for red, those caught were given an on the spot fine of approx. £500 ! Cannon
It's fairly common for this to happen. In fact there are people who run their vehicles on nothing but red, and they carry the fine with them every time they're in the vehicle. If you don't get caught you make massive savings on fuel, and if you do get caught even once a year, you still make savings on fuel after paying the fine. mark@mbb
We got dipped on a site with two cherry puckers And we paid the £1000 and we were told the only Reason we were fined was because we had taxed The vehicles for raid use if we wouldn't of taxed them we We're ok
loriusgarrulus
Customs were pulling in all 4x4 at our local farm sales and dipping them. My Defender 90 I had at the time was dipped. Needless to say it was OK, the local Shell station doesn,t sell red anyway.
