arjimlad
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/11350650/Man-jailed-for-shooting-dead-friend-wearing-bullet-proof-vest.html Words fail me. Obviously the shooter will be remorseful but how could anyone (either of them) be that stupid ?
fenboy
Tragic ,yet stupid beyond belief .
Gordon R
It beggars belief. How could anyone think that they had a bulletproof vest - bought from a store. As for the shooter - never considered that a stray pellet might miss the immediate target. It is almost tempting to say they both deserved what happened, but a man has died. Total tragedy. KFC
Empty, loaded, cocked, uncocked, never point a gun at anyone unless you intend to kill them otherwise that's what happens. Sheer stupidity
STOTTO
This type of event, unbelievably stupid as it may seem, appears to be not altogether uncommon! https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=bulletproof+vest+failure&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gws_rd=cr&ei=9zy5VKSFJc6tafjcgbAC
mick miller
To be honest, with the amount of utter knuckle-dragging, jaw-droppingly retarded folk I know of that have either firearms or shotgun licences I'm only surprised that stuff like this doesn't happen more often. bostonmick
it goes some way to explaining why the police are so keen at times to put obstacles in the way of gun ownership.but you will never be able to account for complete lunacy, the other unfortunate part of this and other incidents like it is it will go down on the statistics as another death by firearm adding more fuel to the anti brigade.
