Not the greatest of customer care despite being a good customer. Knowledge of the staff on products is very limited. Davyo Posted August 19, 2015 Author Report Share Posted August 19, 2015 (edited) Hopefully I won't have any problems,I have bought from them before & never had any issues and staff have always been very helpful and polite & that's why I went back.But oddly the 1st RFD ( local) I phoned said they would accept the rifle,but then asked what it was & why I didn't buy it from them as they have stock,then refused to take delivery.Proper spat the dummy out. bruno22rf Posted August 20, 2015 Report Share Posted August 20, 2015 Ordered a 525 28" Browning in LH from a different dealer and waited 3 months because there were none in the country at the time-according to the dealer Browning were waiting for a batch of stocks from their suppliers?. After being let down for so long I tried Avalon and explained my problems-No problem at all they said-we will take a LH stock from a 32" gun and swap it over-simples-so no complaints from me. Have had to send guns back and found the gunsmiths to be the ones holding things up rather than avalon.
