bubble
Went to see it last night and really enjoyed it. Some awesome vistas of places I'll probably never have the chance to see, unbelievable plot and stunts, gorgeous women and a few written off Landrovers which would have looked at home on my drive, (especially the crew cabs) some very nice hardware (especially the small folder in the opening sequences- one of those in .22rf would be awesome) and corny jokes....pure Bond. Great stuff. Agree Enjoyed it, yes it had some 'issues' but overall worth the £££ to watch it, although the popcorn was a rip off!!

craftycarper
Just got in from seeing it, not bad at all as bond movies go, lots of bits pinched from connerys era etc, I preferred skyfall and casino royale
Muddy Funker
I saw it a few days ago and enjoyed it.What are people expecting? It's a bond film, there's car chases, aeroplane chases, trains explosions and gadgets and he pumps a couple of birds. All good.

Agreed....exactly what you'd expect from a Bond film.Nicely set up for a sequel which will be DC last Bond Fielddweller
MrM
What are the odds the next film will start with Spectre killing off the girl he drove off with? (as per On her Majesty's Secret Service?).
Salop Matt
As others have said, it was okay but Daniel Craigs worst one yet. The bond girls were rubish and it just lacked the normal Bond feel that I enjoy with these films, the baddy was also dire. I did though really enjoy Skyfall ! HuskyRich
I used to be, and still am a Bond fan, but the only daniel craig one I've seen all the way through was Quantum of Solace I think.I much prefer the older classics, the new ones just really don't do anything for me. And also the other major gripe I have is how over-blown and pretentious the theme songs are now and why can't they find anyone that's actually half decent to do them... sam bloody smith, don't make me laugh... And don't even get me started on that adele. Urgh. Fine, yeah, whatever. Some people like them. But I just can't stand the level of fuss that is made over whatever undeserving 'artist' does them now, it's as if we're all supposed to go and pat them on the head and be all like "oh, well done you did a song let me bow down and pander to your massively inflated ego some more"...I just find the whole thing irritating.Old *** moaning session over. Gordon R
Poontang - I normally agree with your posts - Adele - great voice, but an irritating, repetitive Skyfall, Skyfall, Skyfall ad nauseam. Scully
The bond girls were rubish Noooooooo! Even at 54 Monica Bellucci is far from rubbish and Naomi whatserface is a bonny Moneypenny, though I must admit Samantha Bond oozed sex appeal. HuskyRich
Blimey I think Adele has a fantastic voice. I bet you're a Wurzels kinda guy aren't you? I personally find she sounds about as fantastic as an orphanage getting napalmed. But horses for courses n all that. But yeah. Who can deny the magnificence of this evergreen classic:
panoma1
I enjoyed it! Though Daniel Craig is beginning to look his age! The tight trousers and short jackets are a touch too young for him now!

bobt
mate of mine works in the special effects department, tells me he spent 3 days rigging a car for 10 seconds of film. would have been cheaper to actually shoot it he says.
