Vince Green
Did anyone happen to catch the Labour MP on Radio 4 this afternoon? TRAIN WRECK. I started to feel sorry for her. However bad this excerpt is on the BBC News site, it's worse if you listen to the whole thing. Just sums up Labour. Utterly clueless and talking nonsense... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-39659304 Her name is Dawn Butler, she is the MP for Brent and is totally useless. She was one of the MPs who nominated Jeremy Corbin for the leadership and has been suitably rewarded. Her name figured quite prominently in the expenses scandal. She hasn't really ever done a proper job in her life, she was originally appointed as an advisor to Ken Livingstone although she had no visible qualifications or experience to draw on. She is one of those labour politicians who seem to be in with 'the right people' part of the inner circle. You have to ask how somebody like that, with so little political ability ever got to be an MP? I think we all know the answer, so no need to say it. That is the REAL problem with the Labour Party. That is the real reason they are in the mess they are. Edited April 21, 2017 by Vince Green

Just shouting buzz words - "Corporations, rigged system, fairness, fair taxes, rigged system, costa coffee" ... later apologises to Costa Coffee as they do in-fact pay their taxes You couldn't make it up. Labour are going to get a thrashing if this is the best they can come up with!
Gordon R
Thick as two short planks. She doesn't seem to understand what she is saying, let alone convincing anyone else. Obviously a Labour high flier.
inthedark
Labour MP currently taking a right battering on the daily politics. Straightforward question - how are you going to pay for that? er, er, er, waffle waffle avoidance Go Jo Coburn, sticking the boot in and slicing him up big time. ferguson_tom
Labour are so riddled with class and wealth resentment they just can't focus on anything else. This is the bit i always struggle with that it seems nothing more than jealousy, i dont know any labour MP that is short of a few quid and most are more the happy to screw every last penny they can out the "corrupt" system. You can guarantee they all have canny accountants that are fully exercising their tax avoidance expertise. Of course nice to see that ****** Tony Blair using his 60 million pound piggy bank to help the working class. AVB
Too many CHAMPAGNE SOCIALISTs! Too true. A mate of mine is enjoying the high life living and working in Dubai. His wife is a typical champagne socialist. Always spouting about supporting Jezaa and how bad the Tories are while sipping her G&T from some mega expensive bar. wandringstar
In typically depressing fashion, she announces no cuts to foreign aid instead of announcing its abolition, I don't think I will bother voting.
