Walker570
The 17 Remington would do it no problem. Do not know if they would have it in Russia though. The only thing against that would be the lack of flying fathers on most of the birds. Of course the photographer could have been in a different place to the shooter so a good air rifle ( no 12ftlb rule there). Cranfield
In some shots, they seem to be shooting from a vehicle. There are no people or vehicles moving around, so it could be early morning.

Hamster
I'd say that's just a regular .22 air gun running at FAC power levels, probably a S510 Xtra or something similar, the ranges look deceptively long but judging from eye level where the slain are falling, prolly no more than between 40-70 yards. Longstrider
I'd say it was what for us would be an FAC level pre-charged air rifle. God knows what the laws are regarding same would be in a place where you can dibble about shooting crows in the street !

Alycidon
I have seen a vid some years ago showing crows/pigeons etc being taken through an open sun roof in a car in the middle of a town. One looked like a runner. alas it dropped down an open chimney. A Edited March 17, 2019 by Alycidon
