One week into quarantine and I’m going crazy.

The wife brought the corona home from her hospital so we are on a 14 day self quarantine.  So far I have started cleared a patch of woods to build a pond but I cut two tires on my backhoe.  So I switched gears and started cutting brush and hanging new steel targets at the range.  Chainsaw broke the chain. My other chainsaw is at my other house down at the coast.    I’m going crazy over here.  My son and I cleaned out the shed and beat stuff up with bats and shot holes in stuff,  that was entertaining for a day.  The wife has a bunch of fruity drinks left over from a party.  I think they are expired but that’s where we are today,  drinking fruity beer.

The brothers that owned the farm closes to mine got it a fight.  One of them threw gasoline on the porch and lit it on fire so that was entertaining for a while.

I just caught the end of the fire though.  Fire was burning out before I saw the smoke.

Get a grip man! You have all those firearms, more ammo than the British Army, and the land on which to use them!
We were in lockdown for months; no travel, ( unless for work ) no visiting, no shooting and no fishing! 🤷‍♂️

The kiddo and I literally drug everything out of the shed and shot it. They got boring quick.  Fun fact a modem will stop a 22lr

Ok the tyres are a bit more challenging but can you not have Amazon send you a chain for your chainsaw?

Or just drink....manly beers, whatever 😂

I got two tires and a saw blade on the way.  I didn’t know you could get tractor tires on Amazon but you can!

Very very nice. 👍

They are fun little pistols.  I have a high dollar single ten but it rubs my seat belt on my side by side and it is messing up the finish.  The wrangle is a cheap disposable single action.  The company called Heritage arms started making the Rough Rider single action that cost around $99.  This was killing The Ruger single six market.  So Ruger cam out with the wrangler to complete. They are priced well below $200 dollar market but not quite as cheap as the Heritage.  But for $149 you don’t feel bad if it falls off your boat, or you run over it after it falls from your ATV.  It’s not legal to sell in every state because of the cast receiver but it is a good little gun.

Back in the days when we were allowed to play with such things, the GP,SP, Redhawk and Blackhawk were popular revolvers, and I particularly liked the Bisley-Blackhawk. All were cast as opposed to milled ( like S&W and Colt ) as far as I know, so with this in mind, are these models also illegal in some states?

In early 1900s.  Manufactures started using cast frames that where very cheap to produce and African American folks for the first time could afford them.  You could buy Saturday Specials at gas stations.  So the more racist states past laws that outlawed guns that melt below a certain temperature .  “Pot metal”So in those states only more expensive milled frames or cast brass and aluminum  were allowed to excluded the poor and blacks form affordable firearms.  Most states have appealed these Jim Crow laws.  But the Rugers and Colts where not effected buy these laws as they where higher priced firearms
