harrycatcat1
Thought that I'd have a go at making roast potatoes, I left them in too long but they still tasted nice 😋
Newbie to this
There's nothing wrong with them, just adds flavour.
bruno22rf
Boil for 2 minutes, rough them up in a colander then Roast in Oil at 190 for 30 minutes, remove the tray and turn the tatties and the tray, back in the oven and turn at 15 minute intervals till perfect (about 3 turns), I'm not a good cook but this way works every time. Stonepark
Just finished a baked tattie, 8x4x3 tattie, oiled, spiked, salt and pepper in 190c oven for just short 2 hours. Ate insides with butter and coronation coleslaw and then ate (the still crispy) skins on their own.... Yum!

Diver One
Been married 42 years and I don't think we have ever peeled a spud! even for mash , as the skins all congregate on the masher and just scrape off. Some bits get overlooked, all adds to the taste

Provided the spuds are washed before peeling it makes a good addition to a fry up
B725
I love roast spuds that have been burnt a smidge same as the edge on a joint of beef.
