There do seem to be some sporadic problems between Virgin Media (my ISP also) and the Pigeon Watch server, I'm not sure of the cause of this at this time, but it is something that is out of our control and it is not an issue with Pigeon Watch as such. I have raised it with the hosting company to look at, but they are currently reporting no issues.

I keep timing out and disconnecting if I can get on at all but all other sites seem fine on internet explorer and firefox.

 

Have you tried clearing the cookie cache, browsing history and saved certificates? I recently had an issue with parts of another site not working, and clearing everything instantly resolved the issues.
