Ricko
Can the moderators please block this thread. It would seem that some of our brethren have taken leave of their senses. This stuff of which they speak is the devil's own foot cream.

FalconFN
Butter and marmite or bovril. If I can be bothered I make strong cheddar and marmite toasties, great warm or cold. We used to be given peanut butter in celery, god knows why, both of those ingredients are bad enough on their own.
mick miller
As children we used to enjoy Gentelmen's Relish kindly provided by the head boy at our public school, I seem to remember it tasting quite salty and it always made the biscuits soggy, which was a disappointment. Cotswold boy was he, nowt worse than the soggy biscuit. High in protein though. Be grateful he never made you eat his peanut butter. margun
+1 on the Skippy, you can get it in most big Tesco stores in the world foods section. Try peanut butter and Nutella on toast - tastes like snickers

figgy
Some peanut butter is nice like the stuff you get in peanut butter chocolate cups. With jam is the only way to be able to swallow the bloody stuff. Remember the SunPat red and blue jars as a child, one smooth one crunchy, plagued my mum to buy some when young the jar must have lasted years as none of us really liked it.
