malkiserow
I saw on the Piers Morgan interview (yeah I know, I know) that Bear Grylls wants to be the next James Bond. Would Grylls make a good 007? And who was the best one anyway ?
Konnie
saw part of the program don't know how much was upped for the tv but you cannot take away his determination and achievements. I liked sean connery. think it depends on the film itself
Paddy Galore!
isn't he a Christian? he'd be no good as there'd be no innuendos aimed at all those hot bond girls, I reckon the current bond is best by far.
rich1984
Id make a better bond than bear ! And thats saying something... I think daniel craig is the best yet.
Wiltsmark
I don't think he would be allowed to do any of his own stunts for insurance purposes. So would be down to his acting ability........ Daniel Craig best by far.
Paddy Galore!
the fight scenes are a little more realistic now, there's a lot less cheese about too, all of a sudden bond has gotten serious, maybe bear could do an alternative, "art flick" bond instead? figgy
Sean Connery best bond then Pierce Brosnan. Figgy
rich1984
I think Tom Hardy would make a good 007. He was very good in Batman.
Hamster
The only one that correctly played the part tongue in cheek was Roger Moore . Sean Connery is a very good second choice, DC is wooden as mentioned already and too short, Brosnan just didn't understand the part and acted seriously, he was also just too weeny looking so the fight scenes just look wrong. Bear has a good few attributes for the part but lacks looks so whether he can even act is immaterial.
Scully
James Norton would make a good James Bond I reckon when he has a few lines on his face.

STOTTO
brooke bond is my fave, also Tetley "You hum it son and I'll play it". I like Yorkshire tea myself! :good: Bear would not be drinking tea methinks he would be drinking fermented festering camel bile from an empty skull spittoon. He is, and I think you're right! Timothy Dalton was often overlooked. True. It's a shame he fell out with the production company so only got two. he's my favourite. They've tried putting a non actor as bond before. George Lazenby was actually a model and had done only commercials before doing Bond. It's fair to say, it didn't go well. I can't see them going back to that sort of approach after getting a high quality actor in Craig and rejuvenating the series because of it. welshwarrior
Roger. Moore but some how Daniel Craig reminds me of the Bond in the books more. Don't know if Bear can act but he sort of fits the bill abit.
pimpkiller
Bear for a supposed hard man comes across as a bit of a wet lettuce to me. Wouldnt like him as bond at all.
