Browning 425 clay hunter
Evening all. After last years thread I thought I'd start one this year as I'm back on the diet as from Monday. Last year I started at 20st 6lbs and got down to 16st 5lbs. I took time off for a few months and jumped on today at 18st 4lbs. So I'm back on the Atkins tomorrow and will state my official starting weight. Anybody else in this year ? ATB

My weight tends to yo-yo. My all-time high was 16st 10 lb. If I work on it, then I can get it down to 13st 7lb or so, but as soon as I get bored it starts to creep back up, I was 14st 5lb just before Xmas (haven't weighed myself since then!). Got another half marathon in February, so I need to drop a bit. So yes, I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning, and post it up.
Paul T
I really need to do something - I'm tipping the scales at over 18st and now have to breathe in to scratch me plums. When I was a super-fit racing snake I was 10.5st, but that was *cough* 30 years ago Is there a diet where I can still do a bottle of a wine per day..? If not it could be a very short diet
Iced Tiger
I'm starting from 21st 6lbs, got down to 18st 8lbs last year. Hope I can drop some more this year.

rimfire4969
I will be on it again starting today. I eat fairly heathy already apart from a takeaway once a week, so I will drop this for the time being and cut out the booze. With a pint having about 200 calories and wine about 260 a large glass I must do 1000 calories easy some days.

JDog
Good luck to all of you chaps in your efforts to lose weight. Carrying excess weight cannot be good for anyone. Some of you may scoff when I tell you that my weight is 13st and that I need to lose weight but I do. Since November during a small period of inactivity I put on half a stone and it all went on my belly and I am not happy. A little bit of vanity is good for ones personal morale. I started sit ups on 1st January.
sako751sg
Disgusting weight to be and as said heaviest ever. Will diet hard for the first fortnight with loads of extra activities and should see a good loss to give a wee bit of incentive. Looking to lose around the 2 1/2 stone mark in total.

discobob
After loosing weight last year - and then putting a "winter jacket" back on - I need to loose the weight again. It is hard to loose the weight for me as I look at a Sausage and put on half a stone. I also work long days driving a keyboard and stay away 3 nights of the week. Really hard to get healthy food for an evening meal when staying in digs. TBH - Scared to look at the scales but must be between 17,7 to 18 :( Want to be 16 by the time Easter comes along - and I don't want to be this weight going into my middle age - 2 years till I am 50!!! Cheers Steve
