Chris Bb
Still mourning my dog, so not a lot. However, just spent a night away at a pleasant hotel with SWMBO, both trying to get over dog, was good.

digger
Any new power tool. Festool in particular. using a new hand saw for the first time then putting the cardboard sleeve back on. The smell of paslode gas.
Blunderbuss
Free coffee and newspaper in Waitrose. Dozing in front of the telly and a roaring log fire on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Pottering in the garage and having a sneaky pint from the pressure barrel that lives there. Spending ages in the shower after a run or beasting on the push bike. I could go on for hours! Whilst growing older has its downsides, I think an ever increasing ability to appreciate life's simple pleasures is a definite upside. JDog
I am long past middle age. In old age I delight in cleaning my leather shoes and cartridge bags with a new product I have found.
