eastlincs
Just got my license so new to all this so thought i best ask. Is is there any issues with storing shotgun cartridges in my garage?
Scully
I can't see why there would be but even if it's not an issue it's not ideal in my opinion. I think manufacturers advice is that they ideally shouldn't be exposed to extremes of temperatures, so if your garage is well insulated it may be fine. eastlincs
No, it’s not well insulated. Il stick to leaving them on top of the wardrobe then.
bornfree
Its OK in the summer But in the colder weather you need to bring them into the house for a day or two to warm them up.

anser2
Put a sheet of newspaper on a shelf in the garage and leave for a few weeks. If its damp then its not suitable to store cartridges.
TIGHTCHOKE
As has been said above Garages are not suitable for storing cartridges, any temperature change can effect the performance so it really needs to be somewhere with a constant temperature. Somewhere that humans inhabit is a good start. Here's one solution!

rovercoupe
The stairs might blow away if you dont keep a bit of weight on them.

klatuveradanikto
THE OCD tendancy in me wants to rearrange those boxes into a uniform pattern all the way up the stairs on the left or right hand side so as to free up space for pedestrians.
