"The large majority of our trading partners do not have any objections to our proposed goods schedule. A small number have submitted their concerns and would like to discuss further."

I wonder who they could be ?

Yes, I bet it has nothing to do with a bunch of butt hurt EU members trying to ensure their golden goose doesn't escape.

Looking increasingly likely Russia bought the Brexit vote. :unhappy:

No, it,s not! The Electoral Commission have spent a fortune, and a lot of time, trying to smear Banks! They failed miserably! So they pass their "findings" to the police, this is all about trying to stop Brexit! The Commissioners belong to the same group of people, like the Civil Service, that have desparately tried to stop Brexit!  They have refused to look at the funding, and overt government meddling, that Remain used! It,s an attempt to make Leave look fraudulent! It,s not! 17.4 million people voted for Leave, and they did not give a damn who funded it, they just wanted to Leave!

So , so  17.4 million people were paid off ?

Still does not come anywhere near the amount of illegal taxpayers money spent by the remain campaign, but they lost so let's not mention that.

Correct! Bet the BBC will not mention that!

The Civil Service don't want Brexit because it will mean a lot of extra work for them to do. Remain would have meant they could have carried on doing the crossword and drinking coffee.

That is blatantly WRONG.

My wife worked for many years in the Civil Service so can vouch with 100% authority......

Oh wet myself laughing......... The exact opposite my dear boy. Lots more jobs and lots of promotion now and more on the way. Starting with 600 border force and already 1000 in BEIS and Dit let alone DFRA Lots of tasty jobs at grade 6 and above eg  'Head of teams for Policy EU exit circa £65k - £70k'  + generous pension. Was wondering if to go back in a couple of days a week. 😂 It's a right bun fest 🙂

The most outrageous thing is that there are not enough people with the skills in the Uk to do anything like half of these jobs so we will have to recruit from the EU 😂 and no doubt a fair few Ausies.

I used to drink coffee with the crossword.

So if it means more money, more power, more jobs, why are the upper levels of the Civil Service Remoaners? And don,t tell me it,s a question of principles, they do not have any!

How do you know they are all remainers and none have principles?  What direct experience are you basing this on?

Zapp - I share your concern. It is akin to the Ex Lib Dem leader who said no-one who voted to leave, would have done so without believing there would be a second referendum about the terms. It is arrogance to peddle your own view and claim to speak for everyone.

It's downright condescending to assume what other people would have voted.

My particular gripe is people saying "leavers wouldn't have voted leave if they knew then what they know now."

Firstly we don't know anything different now from what we knew then as all these new "facts" are pure speculation.

Secondly - YES I WOULD. Don't speak for me
