It's the new in theng and buzz words. Trust me... Where I work is all about it...

I live in a predominantly white British area, so much so that 80% of graduates for one role we put out for were white British male. So what a surprise when all applications were white British men... Got told we didn't have a diverse enough interview pool. How could we?!?!?

What a load of nonsense. What does it matter what race someone is. The sooner we stop making an issue of race the better.

If Harry Kane identifies as a women, does that mean he can play with the ladies team.

In today's climate, yes, according to the more 'progressive' amongst us (the wider us). I was watching something recently, where passersby were being asked if Floyd Mayweather could fight women if he identified as such, the majority (USA uni types, mainly girls) said yes, but don't think that view is only taken by those in the US, it's rife over here, too. Such is the way of the world now.

It’s not the way of the world, it’s the way of Western Europe and the Anglo-sphere only. How common do you think transgenderism is in Eastern Europe, China, Japan, etc?

Yes of course, but under the Labour Party candidate selection process, women were selected because of their gender rather than their ability!

Very obvious when you look at Diane Abbott, you just have to put 2 and 3 together to get 4........
