If your mag is popping out your quickest test is to beg/steal/borrow another one and see if the problem persists.

As Mice says + not many moving parts on a PCP to wear out - occasionally the seals will need replacing but I've had PCP's go 10 + years and needing nothing at all. Buy used, and wisely, and your shooting will cost you nowt over time when you consider resale value. If you don't want to spend a fortune on a tank buy a used one as before or buy a rifle with a moderate cylinder and use a pump.

Plenty on the bay of plenty - most likely cheaper than your local - £5 ish will get you sorted unless you have been brainwashed by those paid to extol the virtues of Sportsmatch . -

IMHO I think that your mounts are a touch too high - your head position could be lower and you would suffer less variation of POI/range. -
No - first prize is 20 assorted Golf Balls, pop round when you want to collect them. P.S. Bring a ladder.

Don't beat yourself up about it Mice! Chances are the little blighters are dead as dead can be but they have an uncanny ability to vanish in the undergrowth. Time and Time again I have seen them leg it with a hole through the head so ,following what somebody suggested on here, I shot the last 3 in the chest - they all dropped like a sack of spuds! Beginning to wonder if aim point is relevant to calibre choice.Very well done BTW.

No disrespect intended Mice! I feel obliged to pass on my opinion - when you buy an AA you enter into a secretive world of Hobbit like creatures who spend hours on the Web discussing their guns (and perusing the underwear listings on Ebay) - eventually all you can think about is AA (or 38 B) - we even sing the company song in the morning. Did you not get a CD of the tune and a video clip of the special handshake? Most large towns seem to have an AA meeting once a week - went once but it was full of drunks.

Most Springers are m8 - couldn't put a price on mine - just clipped one today (can't get a groomer for love nor money) - half way through before he lost his patience so he currently looks like an Afghan Hound.
-
I have been prescribed Allopurinol and Prednisolone - crippled without out them but no symptoms at all if I just take one of each every other day. Not had any regular Blood tests nor worsening of condition when I first started taking them. Both very low dose.

2nd dibs on the Springer Stu.Pretty sure that under new PW rules - you must sell your item now or risk being called a Big girls blouse for as long as we all remember your crime (couple of hours should do it).

Mine was an early version - but I doubt that the Mag has been changed.I think there was a few members on "another" forum fairly recently telling the truth about this gun. What's not to like Mice? AA got it pretty much spot on first time and I regret selling mine - the Cat is no better in any way other than shot count.

Maybe the Treasury would be wise to note that Branson doesn't live in the UK - hasn't done for 7 years. If HM Government want to be high and mighty about tax evasion and general skullduggery they have no need to look overseas.

If you haven't already tried this stuff, give it a go.....49p and it's actually very good - freezes really well and thaws out tasting just like it went in - seems to last as well, not wasting money on branded bread - look for the orange bag.
-
Jimmy Farm??? It's a petting zoo. Daylight robbery prices to boot - Jamie Oliver financed the whole setup I believe?
-
Mine wasn't - the gun is poorly made from the action of a different gun entirely. The magazine O ring pulls the pellet off centre when it is new and makes loading notchy as well as damaging the pellet - the barrel is only slightly stiffer than a Coffin Dodgers morning glory and the whole gun simply weighs too much - my utmost respect, however, to anyone who can live with it's failings.

From personal experience I would not have a Rotex if you gave it me. Duty bound to suggest you try the AA S410.

J KNIBBS seems to have one - £6.50? -
Hard to justify when the Combro offers a +/- 1% accuracy for around £40.?

Too many people paying too much money for fashionable designer Dogs - generally bought by idiots who will never use, nor have any control, of the Dog - you need to need a Dog and a Dog needs to be needed to feel comfortable and thrive. Almost daily I speak to people who have convinced themselves that they own some kind of untrainable Wolf - seemingly oblivious to the notion that the fault lies at the opposite end of the lead. Lloyd90, spot on in my opinion.

Would imagine that the whole family laughed with pleasure as you eventually stood and gave your rendition of the "Last Post" on your Bumpet.

Ah - what nostalgia mixed with youthful dreams of saving a Damsel in distress. Fumbling fingers, trembling with excitement and huge expectations of things to come till the time to fire finally comes, then.............pop. What a disappointment! What an anti climax and flooding feelings of poor performance after such promise. Wait a minute, might be getting mixed up with Friday Tiffin's with the mrs.

We had Blue Tit's in our box that fledged yesterday - over the past week 3 Magpies have paid the ultimate price for getting too close to the box.

Keep an eye if you shop in Aldi - they sometimes do blades at £7 each and they work a treat.
