Chokemeister
Every new gun I had of late has stickers of the maker for you to fit on the barrels, if you wish. Kind of reminds me of the craze for stickers on the back screens of cars... ..or Jimmy Cricket's 'Left' and 'Right' on his wellies... BerettaSV10
Never had stickers with any of my guns, and would not put them on my gun if I had any.
gixer1
I don't mind it, I actually think it looks ok, if anyone has a spare berretta one for each side then feel free to send them, I'll happily send a SAE? Gixer
Greenhunter
My recent Browning purchase already had the bright yellow sticker on! Took it off as I didn't think I needed it to wave at passing pigeons! GH
Scully
Might consider it if the company sponsored me for the advertising! Otherwise not keen on labels on anything, clothes, wellies, boots etc.
utectok
Looks pants on guns IMHO

Mungler
A definite "no no" from me. The ones I normally see are for "Perazzi" and "Kreighoff". In fact, the last one I saw was a "Perazzi" one at Caterham and the bloke shot very very poorly. It just made him look like Mr. All the gear and no idea. As they say, old money has the label on the inside, new money has the label on the outside
Edward
Ok if your sponserd by them but a bit chavvy no the less
Gordon R
They make the shooter look a bit desperate for attention. Here, look at me - I've got a Perazzi.
CZ550Kevlar
You can take your stickers and grrrrrrrrrrrrr
Paddy Galore!
i'd do it but i'd want some crappy old escort stickers to plaster all over my beretta just for a laugh. Seriously tho, how gay? kinda like putting go faster stripes and a GTI badge on a Lada.
Dibs
Not got any on mine, but hey if it floats your boat then why not.

Devon Fox
Hate it - looks Really looks bad on game shooters guns, another one I really hate is great big 4X4 stickers plastered on some trucks (normally Ford rangers!)
RC45
It's nearly as bad as listing all your guns in your signature...
gixer1
I always thought shaggin men was what made someone look homo! Oh well.....guess I better not put any stickers on, I once saw a gun in the beretta gallery and I thought the writing on the barrels looked ok but I can see the point about the clay shooting perrazzi's etc.... Cosd
Bit chavvy! I prefer my barrels covered in a simple Burberry check

0145wirbelwind
It's not for me,scully has a very good point. I hate labels too, They mite have looked good in the 80's but they look **** now
Chard
It's obviously a sponsorship thing. If you're good enough to be sponsored by Beretta for instance, they will EXPECT you to advertise their products in this way and other ways. If you're not sponsored and you put barrel stickers on, you're clearly trying to give the impression that you are sponsored, which is a bit silly if you shoot like a ****. Other reasons could be that you're a gaylord mincer. I can't think of a sensible reason, other than sponsorship.
gixer1
Is it any different to wearing a jumper/t-shirt with a brand on it though? Regards, Gixer
Paddy Galore!
Is it any different to wearing a jumper/t-shirt with a brand on it though? Regards, Gixer Depends on the brand tho gixer, anyone who knows guns can tell what it is you're shooting, personally i appreciate the engraving and wood more than the maker. Other than what chard said about sponsorship then it's tres poofy. from poofyville, pooftershire.
