fenboy
My daughter works for Adrian Flux They are really a specialist insurer , they are normally very cheap on things like , modified cars , classic cars , limited mileage, motorbikes / quads, etc, etc. They are not particularly cheap for standard motors . Remimax
use to be with them years ago in me petrol head years. if you'd squeezed a V8 into summit like a fiat 500 these were one of the few companys at the time that would give you cover without breaking the bank. obviously still not intrested in normal trade looking at yer quote. BRNDL
I am currently with them. Saved nearly £200 on a go compare search. Excellent
bruno22rf
I had a quote a couple of weeks back for a £20000 Ferrari Replica-£190 fully comp-could not believe how cheap they were.
bobt
I have 4 cars with them, the disco is £130, two sports cars at £99 and £106 and a daily driver freelander at £200 cant fault them,
Lord Geordie
I got insurance through them for a kit car! £80 a year fully comp. Sounds like they aren't good for mainstream vehicles then. Shame!
GlenM
What a joke tried to quote £961 fully comp, only tried it because of people raving on about it.Best quote was £191 on go compare average was around £200 £300, 1.6 2002 grand vit,£5000 per annum, voll access of £250. age 51,held licence (clean) since 1987.Where on earth do they get these silly figures from? I had major problems with them about a year ago when my wife had an accident, and it turned out that they had reduced S.D.&P. cover to not include commuting to and from a fixed place of work. She was on her way to work, so they refused to pay up but took two weeks to tell me this, and by this time had taken my car away. After writing to the M.D., threatening to take them to the Ombudsman, and 2 months worth of correspondence, they finally gave me market value, less 10%, less the salvage value of the car. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Gimlet
Tried them for commercial van insurance. They beat everyone when I was a new customer, then come renewal time it went through the roof. Back with Admiral now.
Fuji Shooter
I have a couple of Porsches with them a 924 Turbo and a 944 Turbo - both under £100 and both with agreed valuations. Can't fault them.

BigEd85
Their prices are fine, but when actually having to make a claim.................NO NO NO NO NO. I hate them.
Guest rimotu66
I had bad experiences with them also, if you pay monthly and want to cancel early that's when you find out the 'credit' agreement is done through a 3rd party (as a lot are) difference is they want the full amount left owing if you cancel, will not use them again. I guess Adrian needs to pay for his shooting somehow, they own some very good shoots up this way and I did hear he shoots every day of the season,,, green with envy? You bet I am
fenboy
He is not short of a few quid that's for sure , it will not be Adrian though as he has been dead a number of years , it is now owned by his son . They now employ about 800 and are still expanding , one thing I will say is that he treats his workers very well indeed , my daughter loves working there and hard work has so far been rewarded with good pay rises each year . 88b
I had a particularly nasty experience with them after dropping my Harley. Customer service and the left hand knowing what the right was doing came a long way down the list. I'd take my chances with anyone else before using them again. alastair0903
They were always great for me , when insuring a modified car they were hard to beat
Proudly
Used them for the last 3 years, try putting a couple of modifications on your 4x4....spring spacers & all terrain tyres. My own GV is modified cost me £400 to insure, it would be £1200 anywhere else as a standard car
parapilot
Seems to be a common issue here, those who have not claimed love them, those who have hate them!!!! No good being insured if they will be rubbish in the event of an accident.
