TIGHTCHOKE
A little Hatsan Escort with a 24" barrel and a full Mandel choke!
kennett
Used o/u for years, 28" barrels and 1/4 and 1/2 choke, had no problems but bought a winchester sxp for the marsh and hide and I love it! Easy to reload without getting snagged, extra shot for those big bags, don't care about getting it muddy or donking it on things. 28" barrels and stick with half choke. Oh and it's really fun to shoot!

kiffy
a semi auto for me, not for the extra shot or because its a better gun than my others.. its because theres usually two of us in the hide and i find loading quicker and easier but more importantly a whole lot safer my current semi is a 12 bore beretta A400 extreme with 28" barrels and half choke, not had time to get out much with it recently and only been out with it twice since i bought it and only ones in the hide but its a half decent gun
strangford wildfowler
12 bore baikel semi auto 28" barrels either 1/4 or 1/2 choke depending on conditions I like it because its pretty weighty and slows my swimg down thus making me shoot better also the weight really helps with recoil it like shooting a 28 bore o/u plus them baikel are made out of melted down tanks and can really tale a hammering if maintained to a good condition amd it being gas driven it cycles really light loads
Davyo
Its a semi for me,used to have a franchi al hunter, loved it,but sold it which I regret to this day.I now use a winchester sxp synthetic which I am really impressed with, cheap, handles any cartridge and washes down when it gets muddy

wraivi
CZ BRNO 302 ported skeet barrels for roosts & an old Browning Auto 5 with a fixed 3/4 choke in the hide. Occasionally a Hatsan pump for a bit of fun, full choke 26" barrel, very capable. A bit goofy if I've been using the auto. ....forgotten to pump more than once! pycoed
Baikal MP 153; 26" barrel; Imp cyl or occasionally half choke; 30g 7 shot. Shot with a side by side all my life, rough shooting, foxes & wildfowling but this semi is my perfect sitting gun.
Berettacocker
Beretta semi 1/2 choke nothing like killing that 3rd bird and bumping up the bag, plus less fatigue with the less weight and recoil of the auto

theshootist
I use a browning BPS. It has the advantage of a fixed barrel gun in a hide and ejects shells though the bottom so that you just pick up a pile of shells from around your feet. wymberley
Depends what I fancy on that particular day. Either a AYA 25 1/4 x3/4 with 1oz of 61/2 or a Maxus 26 with 1/2 choke and 11/8 of 61/2.
