Hope everything is ok.

My wife had to have an emergency C Section. Took her in as she was having pains, turned out baby was on the way early. She was due to have a planned C sec two weeks further on cos baby was upside down and back to front :unhappy: . The staff were great and it all happened so fast, one second sitting in a waiting room next second I was holding my daughter.

Good luck and hope all goes well.

Thanks for the replies.

She has some adrenal issues which include regulation fluid so as it's nil by mouth before the section they have just decided that she needs a drip for the night and to monitor her hydration levels. So at the moment it's still booked for the morning as planned.

They allowed her to come home to pack.

She was supposed to get straight back but told them that she can't as we are in work until 8.

Made me chuckle a bit especially after my recent thread about working a lot. It's not just me.

That's made laugh, first thing you want to buy your misses is a sling for the baby, sounds like she doesn't keep still like yourself 😄😄

I read a book a while back on eels, the fella was catching them smoking them and the elvers for sale. in the book he says his baby daughter was regularly asleep in the footwell of the van because of the times they had to go out to catch on the tides.

Good luck

Take food for Mrs Edd too. Hospital food is ****. That and the noise meant I was out of there inside two days, and I had major surgery. I would have self discharged if I hadn't been supported in my wish to leave.

Good luck, I hope everything goes smoothly.

Im still avoiding it with the good method, pull it out and up her back 😂😂

Ive got a better way, single and seem to find time wasting cuddlers...

Thanks for the messages.

At 10.15 this morning we welcomed a healthy 8lb 9oz Freddy to the world.

Chuffed to bits.

All went perfectly and both are doing brilliantly.

Just popped out to get mrs Edd a big mac!
