Yep, the smaller farms are likely to-be snapped up by foreign investment, especially land that as building potential. The other thing about remote foreign owners is door knocking for a day on the pigeons will be a little more difficult, I know I have been there. I prefer to enact my right given to me by my ancestors, paid for with their blood, sweat and tears. Many gave their lives so we may have a say in how we are governed (even if the current lot are corrupt), I for one will not let their sacrifice be in vain.
