Mice!
Mean aren't they, are you thinking of compression shorts? Also are you drinking plenty of water? Dehydration can cause cramp and eat a banana
steve_b_wales
Apart from the shorts, try drinking Tonic water as the Quinine it contains helps stop muscle cramp.
Duckandswing
You need to get some electrolytes into you. Try some high five in your water plus the skins compression shorts or leggings
Faucet
Try Shweppes tonic water it contains quinine which helps with cramp
loriusgarrulus
I used to get cramp at night till we swapped from normal table salt to Lo-Salt. Its higher in potassium which helps stop cramps. Not had leg cramps for 6 mths now.
getthegat
Cramp is often the result of a tight muscle on the opposite side, ie cramp in calf is result of tight shin. Can be exaggerated by ones posture, consistent positions at work, lots of driving etc. I do yoga and it really helps to gently stretch the muscles. It's harder than it looks and it teaches our muscles to relax and not be tight by virtue of sustaining a hold. There's no bouncing or fast moves. There are various forms of yoga, so do your homework, or I can give a recommendation. It's just an idea and it's not only for skinny girls in leotards, I'm in my 60s

Bigbob, get a pair as they do help, also as above a physio will help massivly Ill put your attitude down to you been on the rag, firstly i have no problem with what is or isn't discussed on the off topic section,my response simply meant speak to somebody with some genuine knowledge as opposed to the "opinion's" on here, Doctors study for a long time for a reason, now maybe you should see a Doctor, to see if he can remove your cranium from your rectal cavity xx
Hendrix's rifle
I'm fine mate thanks ?don't see any attitude in my response? Also, how is he supposed to ask about them if he doesn't know what they are? You need to put that wine bottle down sunshine before you end up hurting yourself for all you know I'm a doctor? My point, you don't know **** all so pipe down. Also, had an MRI a few weeks ago so they know all is good with myself, might want to get yourself checked however... Good day ?oh, i think it's the copious amounts of wine that's made you grumpy flower, there's advice for that at AA. Google the number should find it ? Winston72
No wine here, just a fair response, if you see no attitude try re reading, as for the babble above???? for all i know you could be a Doctor or a rent boy or a host of other things, and that's wonderfully perceptive of you to know what i do or don't know, was the MRI for anything serious? bruno22rf
Try putting the front part of your foot (just behind your toes) onto a step and take your weight on one foot at a time - the idea is that bending your foot right back towards your shin stretches the muscles up the back of your leg - stand for a couple of minutes on each foot.
