FOXHUNTER1 Posted July 21, 2018 Report Share Posted July 21, 2018 After speaking to the farmer the other day and confirming barley was cut I decided to try my luck at 5am this morning . 1st bird of the day was a magpie that tried to fly past me from behind , I put this out and it worked great over the next few hours pulling in quite a few juveniles There wasn't many birds about and the action was very slow , luckily I was shooting straight missing only a couple of birds. Packed in at 9am as it was dead as a doornail , an enjoyable morning especially clearing up the magpies. The pied pirates ..............
