Centrepin
It's surprising what's buried in the depths of garages and workshops, today I found still boxed and looking newish a Skill, cordless drill, 3/8th chuck. One of the first I think to hit the market in the 60s/70s. 2 speed, 100 & 300 rpms. I eventually found the Witworth spanner set I needed after going though lots of stuff I've lost and since re-bought.

Wymondley
I still have and use the Black & Decker drill my Father bought me for my thirteenth birthday in 1976. It's been used and abused endlessly and still works perfectly.
Pushkin
I bought my first B&D from Woolworths when I was 25. I think that was how many pounds I paid for it too🤗 Pushkin

I have one just like it buried amongst old tools "somewhere" Dad and I bought two B&D D720 drills for £8 each in I think the middle to late 60's, I eventually bought several attachments, sander, circular saw and hedge trimmer, can't remember when the switch packed in but the drill has been in the shed for at least 25 years. I've managed to find both parts, gave them a clean and freed the chuck, now all I need to do is get a new switch, I hope. Can't upload the picture as the file is too big. Dougy
Remember my dad using his new B&D drill, it was like an early version of a transformer, it was a drill, a disk saw, a hedge cutter all sorts. Not quite a B&D drill but probably a few months older

claydodger
Cropped the B&D 720 photo as advised then sent it to the wrong post, must be going senile, still can't find all the attachments for it but I have found a few more B&D items in the depths of the shed.
